Trends in Global Real Estate 2007
After more than a decade of sustained growth, analysts and investors continue to seek explanations for the increases in the pricing of real estate, particularly at the top end of the market. In many cities and regions, investors are competing over a limited base of supply, accepting compressed yields, or turning to emerging markets, apparently showing a greater willingness to take on risk in the process.
The trends we have seen have become permanent features of the global property market. The sector has changed so dramatically over the past decade that an entirely new set of rules now needs to be understood.

Skill gaps in the Indian Logistics Sector: A white paper
Healthy economic growth in India is increasingly supported by robust industrial growth. One of the relatively lesser known but significant sectors that support almost all industrial activity - the logistics sector - is also witnessing this growth as a follow through. However, notwithstanding its importance and size (INR 4 trillion), it has traditionally not been accorded the attention it deserves as a separate sector in itself. KPMG has been tracking this sector and enabling clients to effectively leverage the growth potential arising out of the challenges that the sector faces. In this white paper we have studied the skills situation across the logistics sector, identified key issues that are relevant to this area and put forth initial recommendations for addressing the existing skill gaps situation to enable adequate sustainable support for the sector's growth.

Emerging Markets Sourcing: The New Reality

Asian Outsourcing - the next wave
