Mature Markets
Large industral markets like the US, Japan, UK, France, Italy and the Netherlands, known as the "Mature Markets", have established themselves as heavyweights of the global economy.
This group of six combines some of the largest consumer markets worldwide and therefore ranks high on the agenda of large national and multinational companies. Simultaneously companies from these mature markets are important investors and trade partners for German businesses. Trade with and in these countries is characterized by mostly saturated and highly competitive markets with smaller margins. Companies who want to be successful under these challenging conditions need some focused advisory services, which take into account country-specific market knowledge.
In order to competently and individually address these client requirements, KPMG has bundled its expertise in Mature Markets as part of the International Markets Practice. Our country specialists serve as a central first contact point for coordinating international cross-border services. Thus, KPMG is positioned to provide support for both European companies' activities in mature markets and for enterprises from these industrialized markets with their investments in Europe.
